This person will be responsible for:
Ensure specialist support to the Production Units for analysis, diagnosis of critical issues / research of technical solutions and to ensure the execution of maintenance interventions on machinery / equipment / systems Ensure the execution of preventive and scheduled maintenance cycles onproduction unitswork vehicles / equipment with a view to continuous improvement Maintain relationships with suppliers of plants, machinery, external maintenance services Participate, in collaboration with the technologist dedicated to the activities of continuous improvement providing, if necessary, to the realization of small equipment and / or other technical solutions required by the UTE Support the management of the UTE in relation to:

development of containment and corrective actions continuous improvement of the process with a view to Quality Propose improvement interventions on the process and on the productthat are highlighted and managed within the Plant.

Collaborate in the implementation in production of new process techniques and / or efficiencies on the same through:

training of operators Prepare the self-maintenance plans of the machines, periodically providing for the requalification of the same Guarantee the achievement of the efficiency objectives of the machinery.

Preparation of the preventive maintenance plan.

Preparation of the maintenance plan of the machines, periodically providing for the requalification of the same Collaborate with the Production and Design bodies to identify solutions to the problems encountered in the process life cycle, in the management of non-conformities Define the procedures for maintenance interventions and the study of improvements in the production process aimed at preventing anomalies, improving productivity, process capability and safety in the operation of specific plants / machinery Guarantee / manage spare parts for machinery / equipment Ensuring the management and certification of lifting equipment / equipmentAssure activities toreduce failures and increase the efficiency of the machines.

-Knowledge of technical drawing - Welding process knowledge - Welding robot knowledge - English language knowledge - Minimum 5 years experience in same position
