About the Role

As Manufacturing Manager, you will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the assembly process, providing the timely execution of support activities to the production process, identifying and implementing the necessary measures to improve programs and procedures in use.


In this role, you will manage the assembly process by ensuring the matching of assigned/shared targets in term of planning and delivery timing, cost of manufacturing activities (by balancing the use of internal and external workforce), quality of products and services and clients' satisfaction.


Manufacturing manager main responsibilities:


Collaborates with other departments to verify and validate the Production Plan defining technical and human resources required for assembly activities.


Programs the activities and ensures the proper scheduling of transfers for assembly staff and inspectors according to characteristics and complexity of the installation itself; ensure the best allocation and planning of human resources at Company level to achieve the optimal balance between cost and quality level of the service.


Manage the fundamental warehouse processes:
receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.


Optimize these six processes to streamline the warehouse operation, reduce cost & errors, and achieve a higher perfect order rate.


What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Microsoft Project, Access is a plus)
  • Basic Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and 5s Lean Methodology
  • Datadriven decisionmaking attitude
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage crossfunctional team member
