    The role of the Client Success Executive is pivotal in ensuring customers achieve their strategic goals and realize the full value of their investment.



    Key Responsibilities:




    • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, understanding their business objectives and aligning solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, establishing structured communication and feedback mechanisms to proactively address customer needs.

    • Lead customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth implementation and early adoption of digital experience platforms. Facilitate enablement sessions and guide customers toward achieving initial success milestones.

    • Maintain deep expertise in HCL DX capabilities – content creation, APIs, cloud deployment, security – advising customers on leveraging DX for initiatives like modernization migration to cloud-native environments user engagement optimization staying updated on product updates new features best practices conducting value assessments demonstrating how HCL DX drives customer success identifying promoting additional use cases advanced HCL DX capabilities collaborating with internal support teams providing timely solutions guidance monitoring adoption progress identify opportunities accelerate time-to-value continually intervening resolve issues positive customer experience partnering sales product management support teams drive satisfaction delivering presentations utilization reports highlight achieved generating insights inform development roadmap planning participating quarterly reviews assess refine strategies driving retention fostering long-term relationships focused value renewal qualifying cross-sell upsell opportunities reinforce businesses impact maintaining segmented tailored engagements high-touch accounts segment customized experiences impactful growth major account positions.
