For an important international luxury company, we are looking for a:

PURCHASING SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities:


  • Define and negotiate prices with the suppliers indicated and/or in cooperation with Engineering Dept. of the different product categories
  • Research of new potential suppliers
  • Liaise with suppliers and production departments to ensure that orders advance in a timely manner and manage reports' updates
  • Liaise with internal departments of the different product categories (Planning, Production, Product development and Engineering) on a daily basis and update orders accordingly
  • In charge of a detailed follow up of the purchasing orders, relation of deliveries KPIs and reporting.

Main requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role for fashion companies
  • Good experience in dealing with leather and fabrics suppliers
  • Fluent in English, French knowledge preferred
  • Team work attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communicative skills
