About This Role
In this role, you will develop and execute a sales strategy for Europe that aligns with our growth objectives. You will identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage flavors market, manage and grow relationships with existing distributors, partners, and key accounts, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements with customers.
You will collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, and production teams to provide customized flavor solutions. Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity to inform strategic decisions. Represent us at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings across Europe. Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and budgeting to senior management.
