We are looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor to join our Contract Logistics team and manage one of our warehouses in Maranello (MO).

The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-level warehouse productivity and supervise effectively warehouse operations.

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE

Organize processes and resources of Inbound activities in coordination with the Inbound Supervisor;
Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected;
Monitor and manage operational and Quality KPIs both internal and external required by the customer contract;
Monitor and manage KPIs and audits of housekeeping, safety and environment.
Supervise and evaluate employee performance;
Provide outofhours coverage to ensure a sustainable workflow;
Leading and developing the team through learning and continuous feedbacks;
Being a role model of Company's Purpose Promise and Values (PPV);
Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality standard and Ethical code.

WHO YOU ARE

You have a High school diploma or equivalent;
You have worked in supply chain for at least 3 years;
You are fully proficient in Excel;
You have excellent people and time management skills;
You are fluent in English.
