Venair currently has more than 30 offices in Europe, Africa, Asia, and America and has 4 production plants in Spain, Romania, and Vietnam.

Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking a Commerciale Interno (Internal Sales - Farmer) for the Sales branch in Castelletto Monferrato (AL), Italy.

Tasks

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:

Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective sales solutions.
Open new customer accounts within the assigned areas, keep existing customer accounts, and develop longterm customer relationships.
Carry out followup for contacts, quotations, sales quotes
Prospection and cold calling.
Market analysis and customer account research.
Monitoring, attention, advice, and aftersales service.
Fill in the CRM (Salesforce) with all your commercial efforts.
Report to the Sales Manager.
Other sales tasks.

Requirements:

The essential requirements for this role are:

Bachelor's Degree preferable (Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical, Science, Commerce, Economics, or similar are accepted).
B2B Sales experience from 1 to 2 years at the minimum.
Minimum B2 English level.
Ability to identify, qualify, and close sales accounts.
Excellent communication, problemsolving, and presentation skills.
Willingness to work in an onsite job position and in small teams.
