We're looking for a enthusiastic HR to join our Team in Milan.
Reporting to Team Leader HR, the role foresees to handle the following activities:
Administration & Payroll Process

Handle administration and payroll activities (time-registration check & closing, payslip check, contracts, hiring and dismissal legal procedures ), dealing with the external payroll provider and guaranteeing the respect of Importante Azienda laws, legal compliance requirements and internal rules
Collect and maintain administrative documentations including personal details, absences, illness of associates, etc.
Keep HR procedures updated and maintain documents files (SAP & Zucchetti update, contracts,employees documents...)
Support the organization and proper facilities for on-site Trainings

Manage the HR front desk and support employees administrative troubleshooting
Support H&S department for mandatory courses (employees master data sharing, informative documents to employees)
Support HR projects implementation or improvement

Recruiting

Profilo

Bachelor's degree in economics/law/humanities (Master's degree in human resources will be considered a plus)
At least 6 months HR experience (Retail environment knowledge is a plus)
Previous experience with Zucchetti and SAP HCM system is a plus
Competent user of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Fluent in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Discretion and confidentiality
Strong communication skills and pleasant and accommodating disposition
Passion for HR
