Fixed term contract Mission**:
the figure will provide HR support for an international project
- HR daily support
- Interface between HQ Taskforce (HR e Procurement) and Project in Milan
- Support on Job Description and Task Description for contractors
- First screening
- Advice on administrative process for Contractors and point of entry for Contractors Agency questions on mobilization
- Organization of interview, also preinterview if needed
- Reporting and implementation of KPIs
- Constant Follow up with HQ
