Functional:

Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts /processes
WindChill PLM 9.x/10.x/11.x/12.x and CAD Application domain
Windchill Configuration Management, BOM Management, Document Management and Change Management,
Business acumen
Business process management & modeling
Facilitation of business requirements workshops
Consultative problem solving

Requirements definition & management
SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development
Understanding of future / emerging technologies

Technical:

At least 10 years of experience in WindChill PLM, with strong Requirements Gathering, analysis, Functional and implementation knowledge, solution design coordination with offshore development teams and Customer Management skills. 7+ years of experience in WindChill Data Migration/ Upgrade/ Implementation /Configuration/Solutions evaluation.
Experience in 2+ projects gathering requirements, analysis, design and Detailing of Processes for PLM. 4 to 5 years of WindChill PLM experience with solution elements such as authoring Functional Specifications, defining Work Streams, Requirements, Scenarios and Use Cases, Management of CAD/Non-CAD Data, Documents and Change Processes, Workflows, Integration with CAD/ERP/Enterprise Application.
Experience and involvement in development of assets
PoCs, POV's and Solutions
Must be a selfstarter with effective analytical, excellent communication skills and experience in a customerfacing role.
Knowledge of delivery framework and methodologies for an IT Services organization. Experience in leading & mentoring team members throughout the phases of PLM implementation projects including definition, installation, configuration, testing, deployment and postproduction support.
Experience with Windchill integrations with systems like Teamcenter, SAP, SharePoint involving rd

- party connectors, web services and file based interfacing.

Experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) best practices.
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field of study.
