    They are currently seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate with 3-5 years of experience in direct investments, background focused on B2B manufacturing.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and evaluate investment opportunities in the SME sector, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis.
    • Develop detailed investment theses and financial models to assess the viability and potential returns of prospective investments.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to structure and negotiate investment transactions, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and risk parameters.
    • Monitor and manage portfolio investments, tracking performance and identifying opportunities for value creation.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry partners to source and assess investment opportunities.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the SME sector.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
    • 35 years of experience in direct investments, with a focus on SMEs; prior experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking preferred.
    • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills a plus.
