YOUR ROLE:


  • Understand the Purchasing setup, organization, rules and workflow and comply with it
  • Assist in various projects as defined by Category Team Leader (CTL), creating and consolidating reference documents, spreadsheets, conducting various analysis, prepare reports for the purchasing team, participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and/or with Suppliers
  • In particular, he/she will actively participate and support two main streams of projects:
  • Digital transformation, that includes creation of new app tools and templates for sourcing, project management, negotiations, contract creation, suppliers' relationship management;

Sustainability in operations:
those projects include sourcing of technical solutions and scouting of suppliers for the decarbonization of operations, with renewable thermal energy and renewable electrcity


YOUR SKILLS:


  • Bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Languages: fluent English (strong international interaction), a second European language is required (German is most preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, within multidisciplinary departments, independent worker
  • Passionate for challenges and Sustainability "addict"
  • Interest in digital transformation, process improvement, cloud technology, data analytics and management
  • Knowledge of IT tools is mandatory (advance MS Office, especially Excel and database) and of an ERP system
  • Availability for 6months internship
