For an important company we're looking for an
IT BACK OFFICE SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining and analyzing data for business reporting
Managing operational activities and analysis with an analytical and business critical approach;
Supporting in preparing analysis and related reports and presentations for internal and external meetings with alllevel stakeholders;
Oversee asset management activities and manage full ownership of corporate devices maintenance;
Cooperating with other IT & Operations colleagues for various duties, depending on needs.

Key strengths and attributes needed to succeed in the role:

Ongoing or completed educational path in Economics or Management Engineering;
Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian;
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills;
Analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude;
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
Knowledge of Alteryx and/or Tableau is a plus;
Attitude to work both independently and together with wider teams;
Proactivity and enterpreneurial attitude;
Fast learning, multitasking and orientation to detail;
Ability and interest to adapt and manage different tasks across departments and topics.
