    About the Role:

    As an Office Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our office, responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Procuring office supplies and essentials
  • Coordinating maintenance contracts and agreements
  • Arranging shipments and handling courier deliveries
  • Supporting event organization and logistics
  • Overseeing health and safety procedures compliance
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks and document management
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Being active in team building
  • Fluency in Italian (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in English (preferred)
