    The Role Join Our Dynamic Logistic & Supply Chain Team at Imperial Brands

    Are you passionate about logistics and data analysis? We are seeking aCustomer Service Specialistto support our IT Market Logistics Manager in business planning and optimizing logistic flows.

    This role offers the opportunity to work closely with distributors, couriers, and our Supply Chain Community, ensuring the smooth operation of our market logistics.

    Principle Accountabilities Maintenance and improvement of existing planning model to optimize the visibility and the monitoring business related market- supply- and sales data;Assisting in monthly performance planning, ensure reporting are accurate and deadlines are met;Compiling, verifying data accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data to share with line management and other departments;Preparing Power Point presentations according to business needs;Entering data from source documents within time limits;Supporting specific projects.

    Skills and Experience Required Degree (BA or equivalent) in engineering, economy, or close fields of expertise;Operational experience in logistics area or similar role;Fluency in English and Italian;Proficient userExcel and Powerpoint;Analytical skills and attention to details;Good communication skills;Conceptual knowledge SAP, PowerBI or similar platforms will be a plusWhat We Offer In return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and many extras including generous holiday entitlement and hybrid/flexible working opportunities as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
