- Conduce attività di user experience research quali-quantitative (user interviews, sondaggi, benchmark, card sorting, A/B testing..), con un approccio progettuale incentrato sul Design thinking e con l'obiettivo di generare actionable insights concreti e di valore per la progettazione della user experience;
- Fa valutazioni di usabilità attraverso l'analisi dei dati, dei KPI e all'osservazione del comportamento dell'utente sui canali digitali con l'obiettivo di identificare problematiche e/o opportunità di business;
- È in grado di elaborare e rappresentare i flussi utente (User Flow, User Journey), definendo chiaramente i percorsi degli utenti attraverso il prodotto, evidenziando punti critici e opportunità di miglioramento in un contesto cross touch point (omnichannel) e di creare prototipi e wireframe di interfacce utente interattive garantendo sempre un design intuitivo e coerente;
- Usability testing: testerai l'usabilità del prodotto con gli utenti durante la progettazione e dopo il rilascio, raccogliendo feedback e monitorando le metriche di utilizzo per migliorare continuamente l'esperienza offerta dai nostri prodotti;
- Collaborazione nello sviluppo del prodotto in un contesto AGILE: collaborerai con product owner, designer e sviluppatori per garantire che l'esperienza utente soddisfi gli obiettivi aziendali e requisiti tecnici e aiuterai a garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità nei rilasci.
- 5+ anni di esperienza in UX design, lavorando come ricercatore UX e/o UX designer;
- Esperienza di lavoro in team Agile e a diretto contatto con gli stakeholder di prodotto e i team di sviluppo;
- Conoscenza approfondita e ottima padronanza degli strumenti di prototipazione, in particolare FIGMA e FIGJAM;
- Autonomia nel prendere in carico attività di ricerca, svilupparle e condividerne i risultati con una forte comprensione dei punti di forza e delle carenze dei diversi metodi di ricerca, incluso quando e come applicarli durante il processo di sviluppo del prodotto;
- Esperienza nell'applicazione di principi e metodologie dello Human Centered Design per ottimizzare i processi e migliorare l'esperienza utente;
- Conoscenza dei principi di usabilità e interazione utente volti a creare soluzioni intuitive e accessibili;
- Conoscenza dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato.
