    CRIF Group is looking for Senior Business Analysts to be involved in the different departments in Finance and No Finance field.

    The candidate will be placed within digital international projects.

    Responsibilities


    • Understand, innovate and collect the business needs of internal and external clients working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors and clients in order to analyse, document and validate the business processes;
    • Manage the envisioning process of new products and services whenever the business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario;
    • Design and ground omni-channel digital solutions focusing on usability and efficiency.
    • Define user experiences and processes, including front-end interfaces and interactions, clear unneeded frictions and complexities.
    • Manage the functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document and other project related documents;
    • Supervise test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testing;
    • Tracking and reporting on project milestones ensuring deadlines are met;
    • Participation to pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to prospect clients;
    • Assessing prospect's business needs and identify/define the optimal business proposal on the basis of the available solution;
    • Supervise the preparation, contribution and documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis / preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis);
    • Leading training sessions for end users.
    Requirements


    • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering;
    • At least 2 working in similar roles;
    • Experience in digital processes and solutions, web responsive and/or mobile app
    • Business process, customer workflow and experience definition capabilities
    • Strong technical aptitude, knowledge of principles of both web and digital technologies;
    • Proven experience in delivery projects of digital and customer oriented solutions;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
    • Team working and team management skills;
    • Willingness to travel.
