The JUNIOR CONSULTANT will support projects in Retirement Business in Italy. This is a
temporary position .

We're searching for a Retirement Junior Consultant eager to learn about Pension funds management and consulting in our Milan team.

Engage with clients and ensuring high quality work delivery
Support in developing commercial strategies and events;
Operate with teams with different profiles and responsibilities, also outside of Italy
Participate in projects related with benefits plan design (including auditing and benchmarking), implementation and management of retirement programs, design and implementation of financial wellbeing programs, among other services.

The Requirements

Graduated
Written and spoken English is a strong requirement
Good skills in Excel and Powerpoint tools
Some knowledge of Pension Funds market and/or insurance market Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fastpaced work environment
