Talent strategy consultants provide advice to a wide range of clients, helping them to develop the HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, and organizational designs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.
We are looking for a solid Professional to join the Talent Strategy area who could support the team in designing and delivering projects bringing her/his fresh and innovative thinking and experience.
As a
Talent Strategy Manager you will evaluate clients' strategic business objectives and their implications for rewards, leadership, organization performance and other HR policies.
We are looking for someone to join the Talent Strategy area who could bring their fresh and innovative thinking and experience in designing and delivering client projects, helping them to develop the HR programs, talent practices, performance management processes, and organizational designs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as a Project Manager on medium client engagements, including managing overall service delivery and solution design.
- Act as the daytoday lead for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectations.
- Determine the full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles and responsibilities within the client team.
- Develop expertise in many of our practice areas (Talent Development, Performing Organization and People Engagement)
- Plan and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from senior leaders
- Lead client meetings and act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Delegate assignments to junior level colleagues and review output for alignment with project needs
- Identify new business opportunities with clients and manage proposal process
- Support business and intellectual capital development
What you need to have:
- University Master Degree in economics / organization/ management / psychology
- At least 5/6 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of mediumlarge size companies
- Experiences and proficient level of knowledge in at least 2 areas of the Talent Strategy areas (Learning and development, HR processes, compensation, HR Organization, HR transformation, etc.)
- Experience in the consulting business, dealing with clients and working by projects
- Interest and attitude to sell projects and solutions
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)
- English and Italian proficiency
