_Precise Resort Poggio alla Sala, located in Tuscany, Italy, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious 5 Star Resort in Poggio Alla Sala.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a sales plan: You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales plan that aligns with the resort's overall goals and objectives.
Generate leads: You will need to identify and generate leads for the resort, using a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Build relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, travel agents, and other industry professionals, to drive repeat business and referrals.
Manage the sales process: You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Analyze sales data: You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.
Coordinate with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments, such as marketing and reservations, to ensure that all sales efforts are coordinated and aligned with the resort's overall strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent Italian and good English knowledge
