Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at VitalCaring. As a Hospice Physical Therapist, you will work with patients and families to provide supportive care that focuses on maintaining comfort, function, and quality of life.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
• Evaluate the home environment to support patient safety and comfort
• Direct physical therapy treatments and instruct patients/families on the use of therapeutic appliances
