    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Title:
    Field Technical Engineer CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management)– 1 year temporary contract in Italy focusing on Liguria.

    1 PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.

    This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.

    This position's primary function is to attend implants, follow-ups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices
    2 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Provide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and
    physicians (implants and follow ups)


    • Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers
    • Support physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies
    • Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any
    additional tasks and projects


    • Be proactive in taking Abbott solution-oriented approach to customers
    • Promptly communicate feedback/info on supported implants/procedures
    • Perform booth duty when required
    • Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed
    • REPORTING
    • Produce concise market and competitors report to Sales Force, FTE Coordinator and RSM
    • Provide marketing with competitors devices information
    4 EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES


    • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • Good Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Preferable 1/2 years in similar activities (technical support)
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Teamwork
    • Initiative
    • Stress resistance
    • Good communication
    • GEOGRAPHY: Nordwest focus on Liguria. The willingness to fully relocate in that area is, therefore, a necessary requirement.
