was founded in Parma in 1910 by Gino Pizzarotti, subsequently transformed in 1945 into a limited liability company by Pietro Pizzarotti, father of the current Chairman Paolo Pizzarotti, and became a joint-stock company in 1961 with a share capital of 250 million euros.

Today it is in its fourth generation, represented by Michele Pizzarotti, Vice President of the company, together with his siblings Enrica and Pietro.

A., an International Contractor with major infrastructural project in Italy and abroad, is looking for a
Contract Management Specialist to be included in the Contract Management department in the Corporate Office of Parma.

The resource will support the Contract Management team in the following main activities, among others:

  • Development and distribution of methodologies, models, procedures as well as functional tools for the Contract Management activities.
  • Improvement of the Contract Management processes and distribution of the relevant updates;
  • Contribute to the digitalization process of the Contract Management activities, from documents repository, contracts monitoring and reporting;
  • To collaborate to draft contracts review with Commercial teams, Operations and Legal Affairs;
  • To transfer contractual documents and information to the Project Team as appropriate (for example, through dedicated contractinduction sessions);
  • To prepare in advance the "tools" to be used during the course of the Project: the diagram of the Contract, the list of notices and communications under the Contract, the wording of the standard notices;
  • To identify the contractual provisions which must be transferred to vendors/subcontractors and convey such provisions to the Project Procurement in order to finalize the Special Purchase Conditions;
  • To maintain the correspondence templates concerning contractual matters;
  • To keep record of the Contracts performance and prepare Contracts Portfolio Reports and Operations presentations, working with an interfunctional approach;
  • Keeping project claims tracker fully updated, allowing period release of contract management metrics/KPIs;
  • Monitoring the overall financial portfolio of projects exposure, in terms of outstanding payment, unbilled and bank guarantees;
  • Identifying, tracking and addressing to the commercial department any contractual lesson learned identified during the project execution;
  • To support Project Risk/Opportunity Management in quantitative and qualitative evaluation of project risk during the executive phase;
  • To support Group Treasury in management of project bank warranties;
  • To inform promptly Legal Affairs when disputes with Clients and partners are likely to result in litigation proceedings;
  • To support Legal Affairs in the management of litigation proceeding.

Requisiti:


Requested Skills:

  • Degree in engineering discipline;
  • Experience in EPC business context;
  • Excellent communication, leadership and management attitudes;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Proficient in English both speaking and writing;
  • Fluent in Italian, both written and oral;
  • Available to travel in Italy and abroad.
  • Ability to navigate the organizations and build trustworthy relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
