Job Summary
We're looking for a Senior Buyer - Forgings in Rivoli (TO). Reporting to the Commodity Manager, this position is responsible to lead all strategic and operational procurement activities in assigned commodities.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and support purchasing activities with reference to FORGINGS and MACHINED FORGINGS for certain sub-categories within european axles and components scope,
- Support Commodity Manager in developing strategy by sub-categories,
- Maintain continuous benchmark through existing suppliers and promote new markets opportunities,
- Responsible for new product launch (rfq – suppliers negotiations – award new business - orders/contracts),
