A Snapshot of Your Day
In a nuthsell, the Service Business Unit takes care of High Voltage electrical equipment (e.g. switchgears, circuit breakers) of public and private Customers, performing maintenance, repair or modernization on these devices.

Quality & EHS experts, within this organization, support the BU in fulfilling all mandatory requirements (internal or external), handle the ISO management systems and give support to Proposals & Project Managers in Q&EHS issues along the Projects.

The Quality & EHS Support at Siemens Energy works in the office and in external sites assisting Q&EHS BUs for daily activities; the main workplace is based at Siemens Energy Service office in Stezzano (BG), with weekly business trip to a second location in Venezia area (average 1 day/week; longer stays will be requested for a couple of weeks per year only).

Other working days in Siemens Energy Headquarter in Milan or in external construction sites (Italy only) might be requested on spot.

How You'll Make an Impact
The Q&EHS support will be involved in several activities:

Together with the Q&EHS referent, analyses and monitors adherence to Q&EHS standards and prepares regular reporting
Contributes to Q&EHS meetings with internal and external colleagues, in English language
Prepares documentation (excel report, word procedures, powerpoint presentations) for internal and external communications
Supports Q&EHS referent in providing internal training to workers
Supports the internal Testing Laboratory (Venice area) in keeping adherence to all Quality and EHS requirements, with regular presence on site
Contributes to internal and external Q&EHS ISO audits (visits on Customers' premises included)

What You Bring

Skilled with basic Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English and Italian (interview will be also in English)
Available to occasional business trips on national level

- driving license cat. B

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in safety engineering, industrial management or similar technical degree
Qualifications as ASPP due to Italian Decree 81/0
Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001 standards
