MISSIONS

The Studio is a vital part of the Customer and Strategic Marketing team within the Growth and Marketing department. Currently, our team comprises 10 persons, including graphic and brand designers, copywriters, as well as an art director.

Together, we function as the in-house creative services unit, providing top-notch support to various teams across ManoMano with exceptional creative content.

We are seeking a junior graphic designer for an apprenticeship role to join our design unit within the Studio.

The ideal candidate will cultivate a deep understanding of ManoMano's identity, positioning, and offerings, while deploying B2B and B2C creative content for commercial and marketing operations, primarily to support marketing and commerce teams.

The Junior Apprentice Graphic Designer will report to the Studio Senior Graphic Designer responsible for commercial operations.

You will:

Assist ManoMano's teams by creating engaging creative content
Bring marketing and commercial campaigns to life
Adapt content to suit different placements and markets
Ensure a consistently high level of quality in all deliverables
Foster best-in-class collaboration with Studio peers and stakeholders across the organization

PROFILE

Previous experience in an advertising agency or in-house studio
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong interest in brand, communication, and business
Excellent team player with a positive attitude
Ability to learn and accept feedback gracefully
Comfortable navigating in a dynamic and evolving environment
Autonomous and quick to integrate new processes
