Position Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

Define, track and plan VA activities on eMot & PIM, in compliance with timilines and w/ highest quality stds
Check all reports supporting resources, providing guidance e defining growth plans
Interpret simulation results and convert them to design recommendations and strategies.
Define and create models of eMotors and / or PIM from E/E point of view (as needed)
Being able himself to perform eMag&EMC analyses as well as managing thermal behaviour, losses and efficiency optimization (as needed)

Job Requirements:

Education:
University master degree - Electric, Electronics or equivalent

Professional Background:

10+ years of relevant experience in eMag & EMC simulations is expected.
Automotive industry background is required, experience in ePropulsion / eDrives is preferred.

Hard Skills

Essential:

Broad knowledge of automotive engineering design, mechanics and materials.
Strong theory and hands on experience in Electric and Electronics, Electromagnetics domain.
Knowledge of specific CAE tools like Matlab-Simulink/AmeSim, MotorCAD, ANSYS or similar.
Powertrain and Driveline experience is required; eMotor and Inverter advanced knowledge.
Fluent English.

Considered as a plus:

Knowledge in programming for automatization and scripting, A.I. techniques
