Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate to be placed as Junior Business Analyst in our Controlling Department in Milan.

The resource will support the team in the following activities:

Help shaping the future:
You will supervise company data and administrative processes to support our future business growth and financial sustainability

Experience cooperation:
You will provide costs analysis and other key performance indicators to the management, in order to support decision-making process;Take on responsibility: You will control General Ledger and Analytical Accounting, identifying deviations and measures; you will define and update internal rule procedures granting their harmonization with parent company regulations

Reliable implementation:
thanks to solid controlling processes, you will identify and support enhancement activities

QualificationsEducation:
Master Degree in Economics / Finance and Controlling or equivalent;

Working Method:

Good familiarity with the Office package; knowledge/interest in new IT systems and digitalization; knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot or Power Query will be considered a plusPersonality: Strong motivation, tenacity and reliability, result orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills;Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
