    Salesforce integration engineer

    Cerchiamo una persona con solide basi tecniche e interesse per le integrazioni tra sistemi, che lavori su Salesforce come sistema core e ne gestisca l'interfacciamento con piattaforme enterprise, ad esempio ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite), sistemi di identity, strumenti di marketing automation, data warehouse/BI e layer di integrazione (iPaaS/ESB come MuleSoft, Talend, Boomi), tramite API, eventi e processi batch.

    Cosa farai

    • Disegnare e implementare integrazioni tra Salesforce e sistemi esterni (ERP, gestionali, e-commerce, BI, marketing automation).
    • Definire modelli dati, mapping, regole di sincronizzazione, gestione conflitti e qualità del dato.
    • Lavorare su API REST/SOAP, eventi, batch, file-based, code e pattern di integrazione (sincrono, asincrono).
    • Configurare e governare middleware e i relativi flussi (ESB, iPaaS), con logging, retry, alerting, monitoraggio.
    • Curare aspetti di sicurezza (OAuth, token, policy, ruoli) e documentazione tecnica.
    • Collaborare con PM, analyst, developer e referenti IT lato cliente.

    Competenze necessarie

    • Esperienza concreta su progetti di integrazione tra sistemi (analisi, disegno, delivery).
    • Ottima padronanza di API, formati dati (JSON, XML, CSV) e concetti di integrazione.
    • Buone competenze su SQL e logiche di data management.
    • Abitudine a lavorare con Git, ambienti, rilasci, test (anche automatizzati, quando presenti).
    • Capacità di scrivere documentazione chiara e di gestire interlocutori tecnici e funzionali.
    • Inglese professionale.

    Plus graditi

    • Esperienza specifica su Salesforce integration patterns (anche lato platform).
    • Conoscenza di middleware o iPaaS (esempi: MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend, Azure Logic Apps o equivalenti).
    • Esperienza con ERP diffusi e integrazioni complesse (anagrafiche, ordini, fatturazione, magazzino).
