Job Overview:

We are looking for an IT System Administrator & Security Specialist to manage and develop the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, security, and operational continuity.

The role will be responsible for managing hardware and software tools, standardizing systems, implementing security policies, and maintaining internal servers, email services, and backups.

This is a key position to ensure reliable, secure systems that comply with ISO/IEC 27001 certification standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage company hardware and software assigned to employees: planning, configuration, and maintenance.
• Standardize software used across the company and define security policies related to device usage.
• Manage IT security: introduce and maintain protection tools (antivirus, MDM, authentication systems, encryption, etc.).
• Manage internal IT infrastructure: servers, local networks, email services, storage, and backups.
• Administer internal servers, including the mail server and related services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users, hardware, software, and network connections.
• Manage software licenses, including offline Office suites and other business tools.
• Maintain and continuously improve IT security policies, in line with ISO/IEC 27001 certification requirements.
• Collaborate with other company functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability of the technological infrastructure.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Specialist.
• Strong skills in managing LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs, and backup systems.
• Familiarity with software license management and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and ISO/IEC 27001 principles.
• Experience with monitoring tools, antivirus, endpoint protection, and mobile device management (MDM).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and effective support for internal users.
• Proactive mindset and curiosity for technological innovation.
