- Progettazione e sviluppo dei canali mobile nativi e ibridi
- Gestione della relazione con altri membri del team interno ed esterno di sviluppo
- Collaborazione con il Project Manager per la definizione dello Stato Avanzamento Lavori, identificazione e indirizzamento delle criticità, identificazione e gestione proattiva dei rischi di progetto
- Mantenimento della coerenza tra quanto sviluppato e gli standard / normativa aziendale con riferimento, per esempio, alla Cybersecurity, Privacy, Change Management e Data Management
- Laurea o diploma specialistico ad indirizzo informatico-scientifico (ingegneria informatica, informatica, matematica, fisica, ...)
- Esperienza nello sviluppo e disegno delle soluzioni per app mobile
- Buona conoscenza del linguaggio Kotlin/Java for Android
- Buona conoscenza del framework Flutter
- Buona conoscenza di Android Studio
- Conoscenza del Pattern Architetturale MVI, Modularizzazione e Jetpack Compose
- Buona conoscenza delle architetture mobile e degli strumenti di sviluppo e deploy
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di versioning (GIT, SVN, ...)
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese
- Esperienza con API REST e servizi web;
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di code bases mantenibili e testabili, comprese le tecniche di progettazione API e di unit testing;
- Conoscenza su processo e strumenti CI/CD DevOps
- Aver sviluppato app mobile nel settore bancario, finanziario o creditizio
- Esperienza con la programmazione multithreading e la gestione della memoria;
- Conoscenza della metodologia Agile/Waterfall e dei processi di gestione del software
- Conoscenza dei principi di UX & UI

Scopo e Attività
Siamo alla ricerca di persone con competenze in ambito IT che sappiano gestire la complessità con sicurezza e fiducia mantenendo un approccio proattivo alle sfide, sviluppando sinergie e inclusione.
La risorsa dovrà progettare e sviluppare componenti e funzionalità dei canali mobile di gruppo, massimizzandone la qualità e la performance nel rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e funzionali definite.
La risorsa sarà collocata all'interno di Group Technology di Intesa Sanpaolo e svilupperà soluzioni innovative collaborando con i colleghi che gestiscono gli aspetti progettuali e funzionali, supportandoli nella scelta delle migliori opzioni tecnologiche e soluzioni architetturali al fine di rendere efficienti e stabili gli ambiti applicativi in oggetto.

Esperienza Richiesta
Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in progetti IT di sviluppo mobile nativo Android (o con sviluppo ibrido in Flutter) a medio/alta complessità preferibilmente in contesto bancario, finanziario o settore creditizio.
