We are a growing team looking for a Quality Operations Associate to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our "Operations Program & Innovation" department, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Network Quality Manager.

About The Role

As a Quality Operation Associate you'll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the Operations Programs & Innovation department and specifically the Network Quality Team by analyzing and identifying logistic network inefficiencies, managing carriers delay and penalties.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Ensure compliance with service quality KPIs by monitoring and supporting continuous performance improvement;
Work together with our carriers to reduce the impact of low performances through bonus/malus mechanisms;
Analyze operational issues by identifying their root causes and proposing corrective actions through daily KPIs monitoring (e.g.

, on-time performance, incidents):

Build supplier performance reports in order to create presentations useful to management;
Support the definition of processes with the aim of identifying best practices and improving performance;
Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams to improve our quality metrics;
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, engineering and equivalent fields or comparable work experience;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English;
Ability to work independently with G-Suite and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint proficient).
Ability in running analysis and translating them into actionable insights;
A proactive and selfstarter approach with good organizational and interpersonal skills;
An adaptive mindset with capacity to learn fast;
Great team working attitude.
