    Technical Project Engineer – Ufficio Tecnico

    1. Missione del ruolo

    Inserimento in Ufficio Tecnico con responsabilità di gestione tecnica di commesse customizzate per macchine da stampa industriali, coordinamento tecnico interfunzionale e supporto alla programmazione.

    La figura opererà in un contesto ad elevata complessità tecnica, interfacciandosi con progettazione meccanica, elettrica, automazione, acquisti, produzione e fornitori esterni.

    2. Responsabilità principali

    • Analisi tecnica delle specifiche cliente e configurazione macchina
    • Gestione tecnica della commessa (WBS, distinta base, disegni e specifiche )
    • Coordinamento con progettazione elettrica
    • Interfaccia tecnica con fornitori
    • Gestione modifiche tecniche in fase di sviluppo commessa

    3. Competenze tecniche richieste

    Hard Skills

    • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica / Meccatronica / Industriale (preferibile) o perito meccanico
    • Esperienza 3–7 anni in Ufficio Tecnico macchine automatiche o impianti industriali
    • Capacità di gestione di:
    • Distinte base strutturate
    • Layout macchina
    • Conoscenza base normative CE e sicurezza macchine
    • Familiarità con CAD 3D (NX preferenziale)
    • Conoscenza base PLM (es. Teamcenter) e ERP (SAP preferenziale)
    • Buona conoscenza lingua inglese (tecnica)

    Costituisce plus:

    • Esperienza su macchine da stampa, converting o macchine modulari

    4. Competenze trasversali (fondamentali)

    • Forte orientamento alla responsabilità tecnica
    • Capacità di gestione priorità multiple
    • Capacità di interfaccia con colleghi e fornitori

    Cerchiamo una figura tecnica ibrida, capace di:

    • Comprendere la macchina nel suo insieme
    • Gestire configurazioni custom
    • Valutare rischi tecnici prima che diventino problemi produttivi
    • Supportare il responsabile UT nella gestione del carico commesse
