- Solving customer's cases through a variety of customer contact channels which include telephone, email, and web/live chat;
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions for our customers and partners;
- Drive customer interactions by working with customers to dive deep into the root cause of an issue;
- Properly reproduce and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal development teams;
- Write tools and scripts to help our customers and internal teams;
- Work with management on process improvements and strategic initiatives;
- Document technical knowledge in the form write internal and customer facing articles or operating procedures
- Stay up to date on new technologies and participate in training to increase your IoT domain knowledge.
- Knowledge of system, network, and OS (Linux and Windows)
- Technology-related Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Customer service experience / strong customer focus
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter who is excited about learning
- Experience Linux or Windows system administrator skills
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, shell scripting)
- Networking (e.g. DNS, TCP/IP, SSH, MQTT, HTTP, etc...)
- Expertise with network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Exposure to Virtualization and containers (Docker)
- Exposure to security concepts / best practices
- Aptitude for problem solving, attention to detail and precision
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Teamwork
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary and international team
