South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS), is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair's engineering function in Italy. Our Company is hiring for a Recruiting Assistant.
We are looking for a dynamic recruitment assistant who will support the company's human resources department with recruitment duties and ensure that all recruitment procedures run smoothly.

Requirements:
- Proficiency reading/writing/speaking English.
- 12 years in a similar environment with recruiting or HR experience, desirable
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience using the following office software (MS Office, Adobe).
Responsibilities
- Preparing and posting job advertisements.
- Handle interview scheduling and follow up for Recruiting team
- Resolving issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
