The purpose of this role is to contribute to the planning, development, execution and overall management of the Dentsu-wide compliance programe.

SE Ethics & Compliance Manager


Job Description:

You will

  • Implement and manage global compliance programme initiatives, including the tracking of specific compliance related projects and initiatives across multiple countries and/or businesses within Dentsu
  • Promote compliance initiatives across the business and work with the functions and senior management to help identify, investigate and mitigate/resolve compliance issues and risks; including, where appropriate, coordinating and running risk and compliance committee meetings and assisting in compliancerelated investigations where directed
  • Review and recommend modifications to policies and procedures to meet legal, government, industry and/or company requirements and standards of best practice
  • Promote a greater understanding of ethics and compliancerelated policies and procedures through training and awareness raising
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards and presentations to highlight ethics and compliance gaps and to highlight good practice
  • Interface with internal and external resources to keep aware of legislative and regulatory developments which affect compliance issues
  • Receive and respond to compliance related queries from staff, management and legal and compliance colleagues including supporting client pitches
  • Support M&A, affiliate and other thirdparty due diligence

Qualifications:

  • 4/5 years previous experience in ethics & compliance.
  • Degree in Law (preferred) or Economics.
  • Good Knowledge of Organization, Management and Control Model (Legislative Decree 231/2001) requirements and standards. Experience in drafting operational policies and procedures in line with regulatory needs.
  • Ability to adapt to a highly dynamic environment and to frequent changes.
  • Effective planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Embody professional, proactive, and collaborative behaviour that mirrors the dentsu 8 ways.
  • Team spirit able to work in a regional and international team.
  • Soft skills: presentation skills, communicative, professional, positive attitude, proactive and independent worker, with a cando attitude.
  • Native or nearnative fluency in Italian, Fluent in English.
