What we offer:


Main activities:

  • Developing and implementing training program (records, satisfaction surveys, data analysis)
  • Assisting with routine research and analysis on projects in assigned specialty area
  • Monitoring KPIs and tracking training process
  • Scouting and evaluating new suppliers
  • Defining with Manager and HRBP the training program
  • Preparing rooms and records
  • Funding research analysis
  • Assisting in communicating routine HR services, initiatives, and programs in assigned specialty area.
  • Identifying problems and takes appropriate steps to solve them
  • Support the Senior HR Payroll in several activities
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team about the HR Management tools.

Tasks and Qualifications:


  • Have a real passion for HR Development
  • At least 3 months of experience as HR Trainee
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HR Studies, Education and Social Sciences
  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of professional principles and skills.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
