    IT Business Analyst (Internal Demands)

    We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our global team responsible for demand management across regions. In this role, you will work directly with business stakeholders to support shaping, assessing, and reviewing their demands in collaboration with our Global IT teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demand Management: Shape and assess business demands to ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with global IT teams to identify solutions and implement effective demand management processes.
    • Teamwork: Contribute to improving the internal demand management process through collaborative efforts.
    • Architecture & Security Reviews: Support and drive approval processes for architectural and security-related demands.
    • Service Management: Handle requests and incidents using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

    Requirements:

    • Strong Self-Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, curiosity to learn about Hilti's business functions, and needs.
    • Basic Understanding of IT Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and basic understanding of project management principles.
    • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or Engineering.
