    Deine Herausforderung ist es, auf Basis des Landestourismusentwicklungskonzepts in einem branchenübergreifenden Netzwerk neue Innovationsfelder in und rund um den Tourismus und den Landwirtschaftsbereich zu definieren und zukunftsweisende Projekte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Das sind deine Aufgaben:Relevante Innovationsprogramme zu einzelnen landwirtschaftlichen Produktgruppen zu definieren und umzusetzen. Entwicklung konkreter Projektideen in Zusammenarbeit mit Verbänden, lokalen Unternehmen und Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Tourismus und Landwirtschaft Detailprojektierung sowie Support in der Ressourcenbeschaffung und Finanzierung der ProjekteBeratung und Unterstützung der Unternehmen und Stakeholder im Rahmen der ImplementierungDiese Voraussetzungen bringst du mit: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement Gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse Ausgezeichnete Gebietskenntnisse in Südtirol Wir suchen jemanden mit folgenden Vorzugskriterien: Erfahrung im Bereich Tourismusmanagement oder Agrarmarketing Anwendungssicherheit bei Themen wie Strategie, Business Pläne, Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungs- und Verhandlungskompetenz Wir bieten: Großer Wirkungsgrad und GestaltungsfreiheitSelbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles ArbeitenFlexible ArbeitszeitgestaltungBis zu zwei Tage pro Woche Smart Working MöglichkeitEin dynamisches Team mit Herz, Verstand und LeidenschaftVertragsart: Angestelltenverhältnis laut nationalem Kollektivvertrag für den Tertiärsektor, die Verteilung und DienstleistungenArbeitszeit: Teilzeit (20 Wochenstunden)Arbeitssitz: An allen IDM Standorten möglich Das sind wirIDM Südtirol ist Impulsgeber & treibende Kraft für die nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Südtirols.Wir erbringen Dienstleistungen für Wirtschaftstreibende mit dem Ziel einer nachhaltigen Wirtschaftsentwicklung und stärken damit die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit lokaler Unternehmen.
