Job Title:
Project Manager - Junior

Location:
Buttrio (UD)

Responsibilities:

Project Manager, who leads the project team's integrated project execution efforts towards fulfilment of project goals, shall be responsible for:

Stakeholders Management:

_ Identifies / analyses main actors involved in the project, establishes communication strategies for their engagement, defines project organization chart, involves regularly customer's decision makers or influencers in project matters during execution, actively resolves internal conflicts, duly involves management in critical project matters, monitors customer satisfaction.

Contract Management:

_ participates in RIO meeting, analyses commercial contract, agrees project procedures & documentation for main contractual events, checks & approves project plans / quality procedures / commercial documentation, establishes negotiation tactics/strategies with customer for fulfilment of objectives, identifies risks originating from customer suggesting corrective measures, negotiates claims & contract amendments, agrees with customer financial & administrative closing of contract.

Job Reporting & Coordination:_ conducts internal & customer's kick off meetings, leads regular project review meetings internally & with customer, prepares & presents project report to management, monitors overall performance of project (financial coverage, economic result, timely / quality supply), prepares & publishes job completion report, contributes in lessons learned database

Technical Requirements:

Attitude to detail scheduling (from Level 1 up to level 4) and vision in identifying Plan B/ Recovery actions;
Knowledge of the project management tools (earned value, critical path analysis.);
Good Knowledge of the main MS Office systems (Word, Excel, Teams, Project...);
Capability in reading and analyzing technical specifications, mechanical drawings;
Support the Sales team, seeking possible, technical critical points and then defining the solutions in coordination with the Engineering and Supply Chain department;
Knowledge of project management processes or extensive experience in complex EP projects management in construction;

Soft Skills:

Customer Care attitude;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
Team working and solutionoriented approach. Strongly analytical.
Ability to plan and organize work effectively, dealing with multiple projects/activities at a time;
Ability to draft communications and documents with clarity and synthesis;
