Envolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, selects a Customer Service Manager for Italian Market for a prestigious multinational company operating in the eyewear sector.

Key Responsibilities:
oversees the achievement and maintenance of Customer Service (CS) levels and standards

ensures continuous coverage of the CS desk

handles process and follow up for Sales Rep and Customer orders

updates Customer Master Database

manages Commercial Promotion in SAP

ensures customer service support to District Managers and Reps

manages the sample release and recall process of Commercial Team in collaboration with Finance

leads CS improvement projects through effective project management and leadership.

challenges the Commercial Director, Sales Manager and Financial Controller related to future projects and how CS can support them

resolves problem that affect the service, efficiency and productivity of the CS

ensures proposal and optimization of the CS process and interaction with other functional areas

measures, analyzes, plans and checks to suggest CS improvements

creates a unified CS team through effective communication, team building, motivation and recognition

assesses the training needs of the CS Team and oversees the training development and delivery

produce Last Minute, weekly and monthly reports to monitor and analyze statistics or other data where CS activities are involved.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
