What you'll do:


The Segment Marketing Manager cooperates actively with relevant local sales teams and the local marketing team to agree on business strategies for supported industry segments (Playing To Win, Growth Framework), define segment ́s marketing strategy and target audiences (Integrated Campaigns), develop and execute a marketing plan to support the agreed long-term business strategies and achievement of marketing and sales profit plan ́s goals for the supported segment on the annual basis.

"Drive the execution and implementation of country/ cluster Playing To Win and Growth Framework sessions.
Develop, implement and follow up a Segment Marketing plan for the cluster/country aligned to the segment (Integrated Campaigns).

Responsible for Country Segment content support (technical prescription etc ), manage the digital content and support the management of customer data integrity together with digital marketing.

Ownership of the segment lead management process (lead generation and management, follow-up with sales, continuous improvement).
Deploy partner programs relevant for the segment.
Local project management of segment events.
Be the owner of the segment Media Buying campaigns (strategy and target definition, content localization/production, ROI analysis).
Be the PR spokesperson in targeted segment.
Drive content localization on country site page and segment SEO strategy implementation.
Manage the segment local budget in agreement with the marketing manager.
Define segment partner strategy and implement it with third party companies"


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, major in engineering, marketing, communications, business or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing positions. Knowledge of the segment customer needs and purchase drivers. Understanding of the competitive advantages of Eaton portfolio to engage partners, consumers, local sales.
  • Previous experience in Energy Transition markets very beneficial. Selfstarter, result driven and digitally evolved. Experience working with international crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.

Skills:


  • Gather and analyze big data market information, Competitor analysis (e.g. winloss analysis for region or country) & country volumes & share. Takes initiative and instills confidence to customers. Time management. Very good numeracy and analytical skills including knowledge of reporting
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills and networking capabilities. Independent contributor, team worker.
  • Creative and enthusiast approach to problem solving.
