System Project Lead (M/F/d):

Your tasks:

Coordinate a team of system engineers for ADAS products and plan work products of the team, in close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain system requirements and system architecture from RFQ to serial production for our ADAS development projects
Analyze customer requirements in terms of both technical feasibility and reuse of core elements and ensure traceability between customer requirements, system requirements and tests including the record tracking of requirements change requests
Understand the vehicle architecture for complex ADAS systems involving different ECUs and understand all the specifications at vehicle/function level
Analyze all bugs, coming from internal and also customer tests, and provide KPI reflecting bug analysis reports so that the bug can be addressed to the right owner

Your profile:

Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or similar discipline
Several years of experience in Electronic Systems Engineering and system design following automotive functional safety concept according to ISO 26262; experience with ADAS systems would be beneficial

- (First) experience in Project Management and leading teams

Open communication skills, empathy and intercultural sensibility, ability to identify risks / issues and provide appropriate solutions
Fluent Italian and English language skills, both spoken and written
