Job summary
We are looking for a Digital End-User Workplace Specialist to join the Digital Central team. The candidate will report to the Marelli responsible for End-user Services team and be located in Italy Corbetta MI. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to interact confidently with VIP users and good command of English language in an international environment.Responsibilities include following planning management execution of EUS projects providing high-quality technical support to employees and executive leadership ensuring seamless digital experience across devices collaboration tools live event technologies managing external service providers with coordination with Internal Communications third-party suppliers live event management handling escalations monitoring validation SLA compliance executing root cause investigations recurring or critical issues operational support ongoing service management video conferencing solutions consultancy on design setup new meeting rooms including technology selection best practices periodic check VC usage devices EOL keep updated global VC catalogue provide guidelines new VC rooms set up governance control EUS software licensing compliance ensure policies processes correctly followed.
