We're looking for a motivated and driven Office Manager Part Time Protected Category law 68/99 (M/F/d) for the Italian market who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

  • You will be responsible in any aspects of office management, including but not limited to
- stationery orders
- consumables orders
- contacting and managing building maintenance and property service providers
- supervision of furniture and structure to ensure the best office efficiency at all times.

  • You will manage car rental bookings in accordance with company conventions when required.
  • You will be responsible for keeping all occupational safety documentation uptodate, liaising with the external RSPP
  • You will be involved in the management and archiving of paper documentation when special needs require it
  • You will propose and execute solutions in internal event organization.
  • You could, with the remote support of an IT manager, take care of basic tasks of software maintenance
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

  • At least 2 years of experience in office management or receptionist role
  • Adequate social, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and understand a balance sheet
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Selfreliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
  • Independent, reliable and responsible working style
  • At least full working proficiency in both Italian and English
