We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024.

You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

The Process Sales team is looking for a driven and committed Sales Engineer to reinforce his historical team and prepare for the challenges of the future.

The position will be based in Tetra Pak Food Engineering, Monza (MB) or Rubiera (MO). (Italy) You will be expected to travel up to 40% of the time on average, with peak.

What you will do For the pool of assigned customers you will be responsible for :

• Understand customer need and draft a preliminary technical solution
• Support the project during all the project phases pre-project, implementation, and commissioning as customer interface
• Create and deliver to the customer the sales offer.
• Successfully conclude the sales process and guarantee the request profitability.
• Coordinate with Service and Packaging team to boost One company approach
• Scout new opportunities
• Apply Tetra Pak standard processes and tools.
• Strong team working attitude is a must.

We believe you have Education and Languages:
The candidates who can better match the profile may have a Food Technology or similar expertise. The knowledge of food production industry will be considered a plus. To interact within and outside organization, fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken is needed. Due to the range of activities and future perspective, Is requested a dynamic and brilliant person.


Personal qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders. Flexible approach since the workload varies depending on the project size and phase. Motivated person, willing to learn and available to be involved in a dynamic organization.
