Job Description:

Manage purchasing and support strategy for allocated categories across the assigned perimeter to achieve optimal cost and quality results. Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and synergies.

Responsibilities include managing the purchase reporting system, annual supplier evaluations, office operations, and analytical support for the Purchasing department, ensuring compliance with regulations and integrated management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in indirect spending category purchases, negotiating business terms and relationships.
• Continuously monitor suppliers' market trends in the given category.
• Seek new supply alternatives for indirect spending categories.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop Company purchasing strategies.
• Support complaint resolution and supplier assessment.
• Calculate KPIs and prepare purchasing reports for designated companies.
• Secure and record Corporate Responsibility (CR) agendas for designated companies.
• Lead supplier evaluation processes, gathering data and communicating results to suppliers.

Key Requirements:

Economics or Engineering Degree, Fluent English, 3 years of experience.
