    For our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Department located in Parma, we are seeking a Junior HSE Engineer to support the QHSE management system, initiatives, and projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Participate actively in identifying mandatory QHSE requirements and regulations, updating relevant databases;
    • Contribute to the preparation of QHSE guidelines, plans, and procedures;
    • Support the development and implementation of QHSE initiatives;
    • Involve in all initiatives supporting project execution;
    • Collaborate in the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification process;
    • Promote special QHSE initiatives focusing on reducing incidents and implementing international best practices;
    • Assist in the bidding phase by preparing necessary QHSE documentation and collaborating with other departments.

    Requirements:

    • Technical background with an engineering degree or equivalent;
    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Hold an auditor qualification and/or HSE Management System certification as a preferred asset.

    Work Location: Parma, with flexibility to travel when needed.
