About us

"Electrip" is a global partnership in electric vehicle charging (EVC) and energy services areas between Wren House Infrastructure LP (WH), a direct subsidiary of Kuwait Investment Authority, and the leading global energy company Zorlu Energy.

As the dynamic player of the ever-evolving mobility system, "electrip" aims to power up electric vehicle ecosystem and sustainable transportation, making the lives of its users easier with the nature-friendly travel experience and end-to-end solutions it offers.

"Electrip Italy" has been established in Italy in order to pursue its activities and projects covering electrical vehicle charging station sales, instalment and operation activities abroad with its subsidiaries

Why this internship is different

This is not a one-area internship.

You'll join the HR team and gain hands-on experience across all core HR activities, building a complete and practical understanding of the HR function.

What you'll actually do

With the support of the HR team, you will be involved in:

Recruitment & Employer Branding

• Posting job ads and screening CVs
• First contact with candidates
• Supporting interviews and selection processes
• Employer branding activities (LinkedIn, career page, etc.)

HR Operations

• Supporting HR documentation and processes
• Updating HR systems and databases
• Supporting onboarding activities for new hires

Learning & Development

• Supporting the organization of training courses
• Collecting training needs
• Monitoring training activities and preparing reports

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or close to graduation) in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology or similar fields
• Strong interest in Human Resources
• Curious, organized and eager to learn
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good English skills
• Team player with good communication skills
