Comfort and Driving Systems - Valeo ISC Italy is specialized in Switches, Human Machine Interface (HMI) control panels and displays.

As a
Senior Project Manager in Valeo ISC Italia, in Santena, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.

_Your responsibilities _

Managing of the Projects he/she is assigned to:

She/he Is responsible for the achievement of the Project KPI in terms of profitability (both product/development vs Development Activity Payback and Extended Margin), Quality and Production Preparation
She/he secures Project resources and control them
She/he solves all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the Project Escalation
She/he check and validates Project Team Members' activities and proposes timing scenario to achieve milestones
She/he conducts concept competitions to obtain customer orders
She/he defines and manages his/her budget including the budget of Projects part of his/her Program-System Project
She/he prepares decision making process for relevant committees and challenge his project team readiness
She/he manages all project changes (internal and customer) and coordinates through system projects
Contribute to Working Groups to improve PM methodology
She/he is functionally responsible of the Project Team Members (PTM), set project objectives, ensure appraisal of PTM.

Manage communication with Customers on Project development progress

Keep customers updated on Project progress.
Prepare/validate reports on Project development progress to PSC, PMC and to all Governance stages when required
Manage customer relationship (local and central) and coordinate communication with all PTM projects associated
Respect Valeo Code of ethics
Respect health, safety and environment charts and requirements

_Mandatory skills and experience _:

Engineering Degree.

Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles in the automotive field

Fluent English
